We want you to be fully satisfied with your NPS Solovair footwear; if your boots or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid or standard shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
