All Solovair footwear is handcrafted at our NPS Shoes factory in Wollaston, Northamptonshire, England, using traditional Goodyear welted construction methods.

Solovair footwear often fits differently than other brands. We recommend consulting our detailed size guide and measuring your foot from heel to toe. If you are between sizes, many customers find that sizing down half a size provides the best fit.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can Solovair boots be resoled?
Yes, because our footwear uses Goodyear welted construction, the soles can be replaced by a professional cobbler once they become worn, significantly extending the life of your boots.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, original condition and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
